Low interest rates and increase in property prices can be a great way to build your wealth in the 20’s.

Domain is predicting houses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane  rising between 8-10 per cent over 2020 to a new median of around $1.25 million, while apartments will rise by 8 per cent to a new median of $790,000 .

Sydney’s property market made a swift recovery in the last two quarters of 2019 and the momentum from that is expected to gain traction throughout 2020.
