1. Being part of a team and aligning them to your goals – the right people on the right bus

2. Being an American – opportunity for everyone – the capitalist system – although times have been tough – opportunities still exist

3. Discipline – humans are wired to act and then think – entrepreneurs need to be disciplined to

Learn to think and then act.

Once you have a plan , systemise it and persistently and methodically follow it through!

4. A good dose of LUCK – you’ve gotta be in it to win it!!
