Softex estimates that in 2008, there were around 380 thousand professional working in IT in Brazil

Net income of the Brazilian software and services industry is set to reach next to $ 57.7 billion in 2010. The export volume will be $ 9.9 billion in the same year. These are Softex’s – the country’s support network for Brazilian software and services companies - projections presented on Wednesday (25/11). According to the entity, the market is growing about 9.3% over the past few years.
